Late Registration:

Online registration ends after the first week of each new session. However, we offer rolling admission so you can start even after the session as begun. If you are registering late or have questions about registration, please email us at alex@rebelartschool.com

Makeup Class Policies:

If you or your child is sick or unable to attend a class, please call or email the studio to notify us of your absence and schedule a make-up class. Make-up classes must be scheduled and taken prior to the end of the current session. There is a maximum of three make-ups per session.

Prorate Policies:

For all prorated registration inquiries please call the studio. If you are registering for a class after the start of the session the registration fee will be prorated for previously missed classes. All prorated classes must be paid by check or cash.

Refund/Credit Policies:

All refunds or credits must be approved by the Rebel Art School Director. Refunds will not be given for missed classes If a class does not receive the minimum registration of two students, and you have already paid the registration fee, you may choose to receive a full refund or credit for a class in the future.

In the event that a class is canceled by Rebel Art School you may choose to schedule a make-up class, or receive a refund or credit. Rebel Art School does not refund classes attended. If you or your child are not completely satisfied with the experience provided by Rebel Art School we will gladly provide a refund for any remaining classes in a session, camp, or workshop.

If you or your child need to cancel a class registration due to unforeseen circumstances or scheduling conflicts we are happy to switch to another available class time, or provide credit for a future class. However, to maintain our small class sizes and fantastic service we are unable to provide a refund.

If you signed up for a camp and need to cancel it due to scheduling conflicts we can give you a full refund if we're able to fill your spot. If the cancellation is more than two weeks before the start date of the camp and we are unable to fill your spot, we can give you a 50% credit for a future class or camp. If the cancellation occurs less than two weeks before the start date of the camp and we are unable to fill your spot, we are unable to give a refund.

In the event that you need to cancel a party reservation, please note that our deposits are non-refundable.

Drop-In Class Policy:

Rebel Art School offers scheduled free trial classes throughout the year. However, If you or your child wish to attend a single class to try it outside of a free trial, you may do so for a fee of $25. This must be scheduled in advance so as not to disrupt regular scheduled classes. Due to the time constraints of ceramics firing and glazing process, we do not allow drop-in ceramics classes.

Early Drop-off / Late Pick-up Policy:

Please be considerate of our teachers and other classes time. Dropping off early can be distracting for other classes, as well as for teachers that are preparing for the next class. You are welcome to stay with your child until class begins, otherwise we do charge $5 for every 15 minutes of early drop-off.

Picking your child up more than 15 minutes past the end of class time is considered a late pickup. Late pickups will be charged $5 per 15 minutes. Fees are calculated from the end of class time, not from 10 minutes after the end of class.

Late Payment Policy:

If payment is not received by end of the second class of a session, a late fee of $25 will be charged. **unless other arrangements have been made**

Registration for classes, camps, or workshops grants permission for Rebel Art School to use any pictures or video recordings taken during classes for marketing and or promotional purposes for the art programs.
